1. Price : All Prices are Ex-Factory / Godown.
2. Payment Terms : 50% Advance, 50% Against Shipment.
3. Price Fluctuation :Because of continuing currency fluctuations, prices quoted to you are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to alter or change any prices or product.
4. The company shall not be responsible for delays arising out of strike, lock-out, civil war, earthquake or any natural calamity/disaster beyond our control.
5. The Company shall not be liable for any damage in transit.
